A wonderful center with fantastic programs and staff. Pachamama has the most unique culture and atmosphere which create a welcoming and relaxing environment for children to thrive and grow while enjoying their time at the center. Dee is a highly experienced manager with delightful, caring and professional attitude and creates brilliant and exciting holiday programs. Viv at senior care also is a kind, diligent and professional assistant manager and is committed to constantly improve the children's experience at the center. This place is simply divine.

My daughter likes Pachamama！ She kept talking about everything in toddlers room. What she felt, what she did!The staff there have very good communications with kids, they care about kids feeling. My daughter’s quite sensitive. When I first sent her to a big brand franchised childcare center this year, she just cried for hours. Staff looked tired and were quite slow in action like they didn’t know what to do and how to comfort a toddler. Ended up with her watching iPad... Obviously she’s much happier in Pachamama! We appreciated all the staff especially Marianna、Hayley、Kelly and Vivi. My little one likes them so much. Kept telling me about them: Dance like this Mum. Vivi taught me. I didn’t sleep Mum. Hayley read me some books. Honky nut! Leave!Kelly can blow. I fell off swing Mummy. I cry. Mariana cuddled me... Every time when I picked her up they will let me know how she was and what she did. In addition, I was so touched that I have seen they gave different kids extra love when needed. Not because I was there they treated my kid as different. From lots of details I could tell you parents, the educators in Pachamama were so lovely and passionated at their work！They just love kids! Thumbs up for toddlers room! Next year, I will send my 1 year old son to nursery room. Will let parents know how it feels like then.

My daughter loves spending her days in the Kindy room with Karen and Magda. They make it a caring and enjoyable environment and we appreciate all their exceptional work. Thank you!

Vaanya & Samaira have made such a strong attachment to Maya. I could really feel that their well-being was a priority in Pachamama. There’s a lot of care given and her attachment with them, definitely gives them a sense of security ❤️

Coming into the Childcare industry in.my later years was never something I expected to do. Pachamama Activity Centre is my second centre and has made me truly believe I made the right decision. I couldn't have found a more wonderful workplace to be part of or a more supportive team of people to work with. We are a family in every way, we support each other in every way we can every day and have become an amazing team. Our relationship.with our parents and their children is strongly built on the trust and support that we work so hard to provide every day. I embrace the Holistic approaches we embed in our 'home away from home ' philosophy and getting the children back outside, knowing they have had a wonderful day if they going home dirty....they have had fun.

Pachamama is an amazing childcare centre with state of the art facilities and their experienced and professional management team is at the forefront of development of early learning experiences for children, which is key to our children's future. As the accountant for Pachamama, the management have been organized, polite, professional and a pleasure to work with discussing their business and taxation requirements.

Dee has been my favourite educator without a doubt!

I have worked in the early education sector for the past 10 years and  without a doubt I can say that Pachamama has been the best center I have worked at. As well as being an educator, i also have a son who attends  Pachamama at the LDC. The management are supptive and encouring and are there for me when ever i need to talk. Pachamama is truly an amazing center, i’m so luckly to be apart of an amazing team and family where everyday I get to create wonderful memories with children in a fantastic  environment.  For the past two years my role has been the team leader at the activity centre. Everyday I love coming to work and having meaningful conversations with the parents and children,  as well as receiving special pictures and cards from the children.  This shows how much of a relationship we are  building with each child that is special. The best part of my role is being able to implement some fun and exciting activities for both the before school and after school care program.  I am very lucky to work along side some amazing educators who are not only collages, but friends who support and help each other.  We can have a joke and a laugh. I would like to make a special mention to Dee for everything she has done both for me and the activity centre. She continues to support and encourage myself and the whole team everyday. Dee is a wonderful manager who continues to provide opportunity for me to continue to build my skills and learn new things as an educator that I believe is important in leadership skills. As a mum  I would also like to say thank you to the wonderful kindy team, chaytor , Karen, Madga and Mwara for all their support with Riley, he has continued to thrive with all your help.

I have been working at Pachamama for a year now in the Activity Centre and all I have to say is, what a wonderful, magical place to work, learn and play! We have an amazing team, we are strong, dedicated and hard working, but we would not be all of this if it wasn’t for Dee, our manager, and especially our families who walk through our doors every morning. You guys are amazing! It is a privilege to know you all and know that you trust us with your children. We are like one big family at the Activity centre and we love all of you! I am also a parent at Pachamama. My daughter Sienna has been at Pachamama for 3 years now. She has learnt so much, she has made so many friends and developed such beautiful relationships with her educators. Sienna comes home covered in dirt every night. A special Thank you to Chaytor and Karen and Magda for all you do for our children in the Kindy room! Sienna loves you guys.

Shout out to the fabulous VIVI at Pachamama Senior Activity Centre. Vivi is a wonderful educator who genuinely cares about the kids and connects so well with them. She is just the right mix of fun and teacher, always so professional and a genuinely lovely person. My daughter adores her and wants to go all the time so she can see Vivi! Thank you Vivi for helping to make Pachamama such a beautiful nurturing environment ❤️

The service and support from the Pachamama team over of years of service for our kids has been exemplary. In particular, Emily has been an amazing support to our toddler at a time they really needed extra love and attention. The amazing natural look, modern wooden yard and playground, the number and quality of activities, the daily updates with photos, and the accommodating admin staff have made us feel really great about picking Pachamama for our kids.

As a single parent I have not been short of support, the ladies at the Activity Centre are there for my children and I. They are helpful, supportive and their community spirit brings a huge piece of mind when I need to drop and run. Love them.

Would just like to give Marwa a big thank you for making my life a lot easier when I drop my daughter off on a Wednesday. My daughter can get quite upset and she loves talking and chatting to Marwa she does not even notice me leave.

Hayley is AMAZING with the little ones!

My children love going to pachamama - the staff there take such good care of the kids. Food choices are varied and kid friendly, activities are planned both indoors and out. Especially the kids love the staff in the Junior activities centre

Our daughter who us nearly 3 has been enrolled at pachamama since she was 3 months old. She absolutely loves it there. Always happy to tell us how much fun she has had there each day. In particular educator in toddlers room Vivian who seems to have a special connection with our daughter. Our daughter has the biggest smile when she sees Vivian in the morning and loves helping her in the afternoons. She also had a great connection with Emily who has had a lot of involvement with our daughter in her early stages and still through to this day. As far as the centre goes it has such amazing facilities with the playgrounds and chillout areas for all the kids. I cannot recommend highly enough enrolling your child in the centre.

We love Pachamama, such an amazing environment and we always feel so comfortable knowing our little one is in the best hands for the day. Rachel & Christina in the infants room do an amazing job preparing lots of fun activities, and always passing on feedback for how Matthew is learning and developing new skills. They are really invested in seeing the children grow and learn.

The team at Pachamama are like an extended family and the atmosphere is just like home. There is no clinical setting, the environment is very fresh and has all the comforts of home including the dents in the dining table. The nature play, animals the children care for all go to building fantastic life skills. Pachamama reminds me of a trip to grandmas where there is always a warm glass of milk and a giant hug. The staff go above and beyond and I would like to thank Dee, Nicole & Vivi for understanding my mobility issues and changing the way they would normally do things to support this.

I Have worked at Pachamama for almost a year. In my time there so far I have learnt lot’s of different strategies for behaviour management from the fellow educators working there. I have found all the educators to be really supportive and helpful in my journey along the way at Pachamama.

I have been a part of the Pachamama family as the Operations Manager of the Activity Centre for over 2 years now, and still enjoy every day! One of the best parts of my job is when i get to sit with the children and plan the next holiday program with them. I also really enjoy those little conversations with the parents and carers at drop off or collection times as well. The team and myself have a special relationship with each and every child, and work hard each day to create resources and activities, as well as making the transition from school to Pachamama as smooth and stress free as possible. Pachamama Activity Center, a unique nature play base centre. I worked in Early Childhood Education and Care industry over 6years but I haven’t seen a place like Pachamama! It is a place makes most of the visitors said:” Wow! It’s so beautiful! I want to work here! I want to stay here!” At the beginning, I was attracted by the environment, after I visited the centre and get to know the centre’s philosophy, I decided to seek is there any chance to work here! After I worked here, the helpful and supportive team members; the lovely and gorgeous children; the friendly families and amazing community makes me want to stuck here! Their positive feedback encouraged me to be more motivated; passionate on what I am doing and inspired me a lot! This place makes me feel like a home! Trust me, if you come and visit, this place will surprise you more than you think! 😉

Pachamama is a wonderful centre for out of school hours care, school holiday programs and long day care. Everyone is wonderful, the focus on nature is lovely, the facilities/outside play areas are beautiful, and we really feel like the carers know our kids well and have their best interests at heart. Nicole always has a fun craft to settle our daughter who can be a bit clingy at before school care drop off. Maia is a favourite of our pre-kindy girl because she's so kind. Vivi is gentle and observant. Sandy always gives a wave from the bus. We love Pachamama!

Thank you so much to all at Pachamama, I am so grateful for everything you have done for us since we started attending the Toddlers Room and now through to BSC and ASC. The support you have given us has been absolutely life changing given the circumstances. All the educators have just been so amazing and caring. My son loves going to Pachi! Always asking if it’s Pachi day. His favourite is Hayley! When I go to pick him up the educators always fill me in on how he’s going and how his day went. Great daycare facility can’t recommend enough to parents in the area.

Thank you Pachamama for being an amazing environment for early childhood education, not just daycare. Our son Matthew, is in the infants room. All the educators in that room are fantastic but we are particular fond of Trystan. She has, on various occasions, gone out of her way to encourage us about his development, and tell us how he’s doing and make kind comments about the little person he is. We also love Beth, though she’s not always in the room. She has formed a very special bond with Matthew and he just loves her cuddles! We are so appreciative of all the educators looking after and loving our little one for us while we work 🥰

Pachamama is a special place that you can see the real difference between "child care" and "early education." The management and their staff put an incredible amount of dedication, care, love and enthusiasm into educating young children alongside creating a wonderfull sense of community to all involved. Not mentioning the exquisite natural resources and the outdoor play spaces... a wonderful place to grow and thrive!

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! What an absolutely amazing centre - I really can't speak highly enough of Pachamama! My daughter Willow LOVES it at Pachamama - which is saying a lot - as prior to attending this centre, she hated daycare/vacation care/before & after school care! At other centres I had her in, she would be in floods of tears, have separation anxiety from me and would never settle - it was heart breaking! At Pachamama she thrives and complains when it is time to go home & says "It's my favourite place to go"! She has so much fun, not only in their amazing nature based play ground, but also with the great activities they organize for the kids that keep them engaged! The staff are really kind, caring, beautiful people, who have a genuine love for the children in their care. When they say "its a home away from home" for the children, they really mean it! I now also have a unique perspective - not only as a mother with a child at the centre - but also as a Certificate III Student doing a Work Prac at Pachamama - and now as an employee. I have really gotten to see the centre inside and out. I have gotten to know the management and staff, and I have spent time in every room and seen first hand how the children are treated when the parents are not there..... I can honestly say, that I don't have a bad word to say about Pachamama at all! It really is an exceptional service and any child lucky enough to get a placement at Pachamama is the best hands, aside from your own! The management and staff REALLY care for your children and treat them with so much love and respect. Every child is treated as an individual, their individual needs are met, and they are genuinely loved and cared for as the beautiful unique people they are. Personally, I feel really blessed that my daughter Willow & I get to be a part of the Pachamama family, and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough to any parent who is looking to place their child here! You will not only all receive exceptional care, but be welcomed into the beautiful, warm Pachamama family!

Absolutely freaking amazing!!! So much interaction with the kids, my son never wants to leave! I feel so confident now about having him in day care and before/after school care. 100% care taken of all the children. All staff always so helpful and supportive. Will never go any where else.

An amazing, unique education centre that feels like the home you wish you got to grow up in as a kid, rather than a daycare centre. There's just nothing really like Pachamama anywhere else, from the home cooked meals, to the animals and interactive learning, teamed with stunning indoor and outdoor environments.
